Day at the park

The weather was so nice this weekend in Montana that we had to get outside so we went to the park. Katie is learning to ride her bike. My dogs ran around and had fun. I loved it because it was FINALLY warm and sunny enough to go outside. But as you can see....there is still some snow on the ground for my dogs to cool off in! :)

One Year with Jason!

This Sunday, March 21st, was my one year anniversary with Jason. I can't believe that a year has gone by already!! It has gone pretty fast. Jason bought me a fancy Belgian Waffle Maker.....I have wanted it for a long time. He took me to Bed Bath and Beyond and let me pick out the one I wanted. Then Sunday morning.....he made me Belgian Waffles...YUM! It was sweet. He remembered our anniversary and got me something I actually forgot I had wanted....it was a good surprise! :)

Katie's creativity

I had some extra materials from craft time and gave it to Katie. She had more fun with the extra stuff than the real project. She made these glasses from blue poster board and some little plastic pieces for the lenses. It was pretty cute and we all had to try them on! She is really creative. So she kept herself busy for a long time with the scraps!

Craft Time

This weekend Katie, Jason and I had craft time. I decided I wanted to make ribbon boards for photos. So I brought all the necessary items to Jason's house. It took awhile and Jason actually had to do most of the work :) but they turned out cute and we all had fun!

Week from "you know where"!

Ok everyone...just wanted to touch base. I have been meaning to put more pics up of Jason and me but I have just survived (if I can even use that word yet.....it still remains to be seen!) the week from "you know where"! About a week ago Saturday I started feeling "yucky" and then...BOOM....I was down for the count. I missed all but a half day of work last week stuck at home flat on my back! I got a severe brochial infection and was done! I had high fevers of 103 to 104 all week long. The doctor put me on some STRONG meds and I laid around and slept for a week. I am soooo lucky I have good aides that I work with who covered for me at work. I am now back at work....hacking up a lung every two minutes but I am on my feet (that is no small thing!) I am super tired but alive! It will take probably another week to feel like myself again. I even missed my trip to Montana to see Jason this past weekend (you know I am sick then!)! It is the first weekend in almost a year that I didn't get to see him....ugh!
