Pumpkin Patch

Couple of weekends ago we went to Rocky Creek Farm with Katie to get some pumpkins. We rode the hayride pulled by a tractor out to the pumpkin patch and picked out a couple nice ones.


Like my "pumpkins"? And...no I am not pregnant even though I kinda look like I am in this picture...in case you were wondering....time for a diet! :(


Katie made herself a "nest" in the hay and said she was a little bird....

We fed the animals in the "petting zoo" they had....

Katies FAVORITE part was the pile of haybales that she got to jump off of into soft hay on the ground. She did this for a long time and had a blast.....It is the little things in life that make you smile!

Weekend in Rexburg

We spent the last weekend in Rexburg with my family. Katie was able to come with us. She was excited to see her cousins. We went to the straw maze. It took Jason and me about and hour and 10 minutes. The girls (who ditched us) got more lost than we did. It took them a good hour and 1/2 to get to the end (with help from the "yellow shirt guy" as they call him).


The maze was much bigger and harder this year....


Jason almost stepped on this little snake that we saw a couple of times in the maze....

Jason is cheating in the maze by standing on the big tire and trying to figure out which way we needed to go....

Grandpa Jones let the girls ride around on the lawn mower....they had fun

Theo loves to eat pumpkin guts....

We carved a couple of pumpkins...well Jason did! :) I tried but Jason had to fix it.

We went to a cute pumpkin patch down the street from my mom and dad's house...
